What we do
We build the thing, and we keep it running
A lot of agencies design something, hand over a zip file and disappear. The problems start afterwards, when an operating system updates, a payment gateway changes its rules, or a plugin breaks a checkout at the worst possible time.
We work differently because we run our own products. SKN Transit is our app and it is live on both stores. CaribeZyne and MySKN run on infrastructure we manage. We deal with the long tail of maintenance on our own software every week, which is why we build client work to survive it.
That also shapes what we recommend. We will tell you when an off the shelf product would serve you better than a custom build, and when a good mobile website would do the job you were about to spend app money on.
