Digital marketing and SEO

Digital marketing and SEO in St Kitts and Nevis

The cheapest customer to win is the one already typing what you sell into Google. Most local businesses are invisible to that person, and it is usually fixable.

What you get

What the work actually involves

Marketing that can be checked. We record where you started so there is no argument later about whether anything changed.

Search visibility

We find the queries your customers really use, check whether you can realistically rank for them, and fix the pages that should be eligible and are not.

Google Business Profile

For a local business this often matters more than the website. Categories, hours, photos and reviews, set up properly and kept current.

Analytics you can read

Tracking installed correctly, then reported in plain language: which pages brought enquiries, which brought nothing.

Social that has a point

A posting rhythm tied to what you sell, rather than daily content for its own sake. We would rather you post less and sell more.

Email to people who know you

Your existing customer list is the highest returning channel you own and the one most businesses never use.

Paid ads where they make sense

Some queries cannot be won organically because directories hold every position. We will tell you when paid is the honest answer.

How it works

How we run a campaign

Measure, act, re-measure. If it did not move we say so rather than reporting activity as if it were progress.

We measure where you are now

Impressions, clicks, positions and what your pages currently rank for. This baseline is frozen and read back later, so results are provable.

We find what is realistically winnable

We look at who currently ranks for each query. If a page is ten directories deep we will tell you to spend the money elsewhere instead of taking it.

We fix the pages and the profile

Titles, descriptions, page structure and the Google Business Profile, prioritised by what costs you the most business today.

We re-measure at 30, 60 and 90 days

Same metrics, same date ranges, compared to the frozen baseline. A checkpoint that shows nothing is reported as nothing.

What we will not do

A lot of marketing spend is wasted on things that sound like progress and are not.

  • Promise a number one ranking, which nobody can
  • Sell you a keyword you cannot realistically win
  • Report activity counts as if they were results
  • Buy links that put your site at risk
  • Lock you into a contract to keep your own data

Why us

Most local businesses only rank for their own name

There is a specific pattern we see constantly. The business ranks perfectly for its own name, the owner sees traffic in the reports, and everyone assumes search is working. It is not. Those people already knew the name and were always going to find you.

The test that matters is whether anyone finds you who did not already know you existed. That means ranking for what you sell rather than what you are called, and it usually requires pages that do not exist yet.

We start by measuring the split between branded and non branded traffic, because that single number tells you honestly whether your search presence is earning anything.

  • Baseline frozen before any work starts
  • We say plainly what cannot be won
  • Fixed 30, 60 and 90 day checkpoints

  • We build the pages as well as plan them
Questions

Frequently asked

How long does SEO take to work?
Rewritten pages usually show movement in 30 to 60 days. Brand new pages routinely take longer than 90 days to mature. Anyone promising faster is guessing.
Can you guarantee a number one ranking?
No, and neither can anyone else. What we can do is tell you before you spend whether a query is realistically winnable, and show you who holds it now.
What if my competitors are directories?
Then that query is not winnable with a website and we will say so. The answer is usually to own your directory listings and Google Business Profile instead, and to target queries where independent businesses do rank.
Do I need to pay for ads as well?
Sometimes. Where the first page is entirely directories, paid is often the only honest route. We will tell you which of your queries fall into that category.
Will you report even when nothing improved?
Yes. A checkpoint that shows no movement is a finding, and it tells us the targeting was wrong. Hiding it would waste another quarter.
Do I keep access to my accounts?
Always. Analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile and ad accounts stay in your name with you as owner.
